All ECOSERVE Products –ONE YEAR WARRANTY All ECOSERVE products include a one-year repair or replacement warranty. Repair or replacement is determined at the discretion of ECOSERVE.
After year one, ECOSERVE is available to repair or replace all products sold by ECOSERVE on a time plus materials basis. Exclusions Include:
Many of our product packages include Surge Protectors and or Battery Back-Up systems. Although we include our One Year warranty on these products, ECOSERVE reserves the right to void such warranties in the event of severe electrical inconsistencies that are out of the control of ECOSERVE and may be determined by ECOSERVE as “Acts of God”.
Damage caused to our products as the result of anyone other than an ECOSERVE representative tampering with, attempting to repair or damaging any ECOSERVE equipment.
All other “Acts of God” are excluded from coverage. This may include and is not limited to; floods, lightning, water damage due to heavy rains, hurricane damage, etc.
Water Treatment Systems - ONE YEAR WARRANTY & ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PROTECTION PLAN All ECOSERVE water treatment system packages include a one-year repair or replacement warranty. Repair or replacement is determined at the discretion of ECOSERVE.
Water treatment system packages sold with an Annual Maintenance Protection Plan include routine service & maintenance. The ECOSERVE annual maintenance plan is designed to deliver water confidence and safe consumable water. These maintenance plans re-new automatically every twelve months to insure ongoing water confidence and safe water.
FREE Extended Repair & Replacement offering – Clients who pay “on time” and have paid “on time” over the entire history of their system ownership will receive our FREE extended replacement plan which covers replacement or repair of certain system components in the event of product malfunction or failure.
The Annual Maintenance Protection Plan includes;
A minimum of four scheduled service visits each year to check & replace filters, clean system components and assure proper system operation. Commercial clients may receive additional services as specified in their service plan.
Replacement of Sediment & Carbon filters two or more times each year and as determined necessary by ECOSERVE.
Reactive service visits conducted between 8 AM & 5 PM Monday through Saturday and in the event of a system malfunction or system in alarm mode. Service is available after hours at additional cost.
Annual replacement of R/O membrane if applicable. One replacement membrane is included annually. ECOSERVE reserves the right to charge client in the event R/O membrane requires replacement more than one time in a 12-month period.
In the event a client chooses to cancel their annual service & maintenance plan, ECOSERVE is available to repair or replace all products sold by ECOSERVE on a time plus materials basis.
System Power Supplies – In the event a system power supply failure occurs, ECOSERVE will replace up to one power supply every 36 months. Power supply failures that occur more frequently may be determined by ECOSERVE to be the result of electrical power issues or other circumstances out of the control of ECOSERVE.
